Essential Qualifications: Master Degree in any subject with minimum 55% Marks/M.Ed. for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/P11)
Desirable: (i) B.Ed/M.Ed (ii) Basic Knowledge of computer applications

Age: 40 Years
Tenure: First Project - Seven Months. Second Project - Five Months. Third and Fourth Project - Ten Months or all the above before the end of these projects.
Fellowship: Rs.16,000/- per month (Consolidated and fixed for NET Qualified candidates). Rs. 14,000/- per month (Consolidated and fixed for Non NET).
