Essential: M.Tech. /M.Sc. in Soil and Water conservation Engineering /Microbiology/ Water Resource Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering/Soil Science/ with 2years experience or Ph.D. in the relevant discipline
Master’s Degree in the relevant subject mentioned above with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree). Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification or Equivalent certificate).
Desirable: Experience in soil & water analysis & drip irrigation. For further clarification about eligibility kindly see the ICAR Office Memorandum F.No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dt. 09-10-2015 and 13-07- 2015.
The candidate must have completed his/her M.Sc./M.Tech or PhD degree and should be able to produce at least provisional Certificate

Pay Scale: Rs. 38,000/- + 30% HRA Per month ( for Master degree) As per ICAR rule) OR Rs. 40,000/- + 30% HRA Per month (For PhD) As per ICAR rule.
Age Limit: 40 years for men, 45 years for women (with relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC and as per existing rules) on the date of interview.

The candidates will have to compulsorily bring the filled in application form (as per the format annexed), all the original certificates from matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate either original or provisional and one set of the self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph pasted onto the application form. Proof of experience and publications also need to be submitted.
