Trainee Engineer (Civil) (Diploma in Civil Engineering)/ 1 Post
Minimum Qualification :First Class 3 Year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution approved by Government of Kerala.
TCC being a Hazardous chemical industry and the duty being of round the clock rotation, preference will be given to male candidates. Writing and speaking knowledge in Malayalam is essential for the candidates those who apply for the post
Age : Not more than 35 years as on 01.12.2015.
Training Period : 1 year.
Stipend : Rs. 16,000
On successful completion of training period, the Executive Trainees will be absorbed as Senior Engineers in the Managerial Cadre. They will be on probation for one year in the pre-revised Scale of Pay of Rs. 13610-380-16650- 450-20700. Trainee Engineer will be absorbed as Civil Engineer (Supervisor) in the Managerial Cadre and will be on probation for one year in the pre-revised Scale of Pay Rs. 12250-340-13610-380-16650-450-19800. In addition to the above they will be eligible for DA, HRA, P.F, Gratuity, Medical and other benefits as per Company’s /Government rules from time to time.
Bond :Selected Candidates will have to execute a Bond to serve the Company for a minimum period of 5 years after successful completion of training.
